Yesterday my niece Marlene had her baby. Alayna Petra Comstock decided to join the party at 5:29 pm on July 4. She was 8 lbs. 6 oz. and 20 inches long. She is a healthy, happy little girl. Mom is glad she's here even though she knows there are long nights ahead. We decided she's going to be a firecracker baby!
